    While we strive to improve business performance through our services, TK Tech Now does not guarantee:

    • Specific revenue increases
    • Lead volume
    • Search engine rankings
    • Advertising performance
    • Business growth outcomes

    Results vary based on market conditions, competition, business operations, customer responsiveness, and factors outside our control.

    Website Content

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, designs, logos, and intellectual property, is the property of TK Tech Now unless otherwise stated.

    You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish website content without prior written permission.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information
    • Reviewing project deliverables in a timely manner
    • Maintaining access to required third-party accounts
    • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Ensuring they possess rights to any content or media they provide

    Website Hosting & Platform Services

    TK Tech Now websites and automation systems may be built, hosted, or operated using third-party software platforms and infrastructure providers.

    The Client acknowledges that continued access to hosted websites, automations, CRM systems, and related services may require an active subscription or service agreement with TK Tech Now unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Upon termination of services, hosted assets may be disabled or removed following a reasonable notice period unless the Client has transferred or migrated services to another provider.

    Certain platform-specific features or assets may not be exportable due to limitations imposed by third-party software providers.

    Ownership of Client Content

    The Client retains ownership of all content they provide, including but not limited to:

    • Logos
    • Images
    • Written copy
    • Branding assets
    • Business information

    TK Tech Now retains ownership of proprietary templates, workflows, automations, code, AI prompts, systems, and internal processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Service Termination & Data Retention

    Either party may terminate services in accordance with any applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, or order form.

    Upon termination:

    • Hosting and platform access provided by TK Tech Now may cease.
    • Client-owned content may be provided upon request where reasonably possible.
    • Hosted websites and automations may remain active for up to thirty (30) days following cancellation to allow for migration or transfer.
    • TK Tech Now may retain or delete client data and hosted assets after thirty (30) days unless otherwise required by law.

    Payments

    Subscription fees, project fees, setup fees, and recurring service charges are governed by the applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, or order form accepted by the client.

    Failure to pay invoices or recurring fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

    Limitation of Liability

    TK Tech Now shall not be liable for:

    • Lost profits
    • Lost revenue
    • Business interruption
    • Data loss
    • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, TK Tech Now's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to TK Tech Now during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

    Third-Party Platforms

    Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

    • GoHighLevel
    • Google
    • Meta
    • Stripe
    • Twilio
    • OpenAI

    TK Tech Now is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, account terminations, or platform limitations caused by third-party providers.

    Intellectual Property

    All proprietary systems, automation workflows, AI implementations, website frameworks, templates, and service methodologies developed by TK Tech Now remain the intellectual property of TK Tech Now unless expressly transferred in writing.

    Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
